Thoughts from my She Shed
This is where I write when my mind is full and I need a place to sort out what’s real.
It’s not polished. It’s not optimized.
It’s not trying to fix you or teach a lesson.
It’s just me, thinking out loud, letting things be real,
and following the thread of what feels true.
Thoughts From My She Shed began as a space to share positive reflections: a word for the year, small insights, and reminders that none of us are navigating life alone.
Over time, it became something deeper. A place to name what’s hard, notice what’s good, and tell the truth without smoothing the edges.
And eventually, those honest moments became the foundation for F*ck IT Theory and a reminder that sometimes, letting go is how clarity shows up.
Sometimes that’s how you begin to Find IT.

Why This Exists
Thoughts From My She Shed began as a place to put words to paper, and yes, to edit my thoughts.
I’ve always been fairly open, but there were moments when I held back.
Not out of fear—but out of care. I didn’t want to disrupt, offend, or make things uncomfortable.
Over time, I realized that editing myself was also editing the truth.
Now, as part of F*ck IT Theory, this space is becoming even more real.
Less filtered. More honest. More me.
It’s still gentle. Still thoughtful. Just a little braver.
Because creativity is how I process life.
And telling the truth—out loud—is how I Find IT.
