F*ck IT Theory — Find IT programs aren’t about fixing yourself, reinventing overnight, or becoming someone new.
They’re about creating space. Space to pause. Space to listen. Space to release what’s been quietly weighing you down.
When that space opens, something else has room to emerge: clarity, honesty, and often a clearer sense of what feels right.
These experiences are designed to feel supportive, human, and unforced.
No pressure to perform. No expectation to have it all figured out.

Brenda's Role
Brenda isn’t here to lead from a pedestal. She’s here as a guide, a listener, and a steady presence.
She knows what it’s like to reach a point where pushing harder stops working.
Her role is to hold space, ask honest questions, and gently invite truth so people can let go of what no longer fits and reconnect with what feels true.
