F*ck It Theory
F*ck IT to Find “IT”
Who are you now—really?
Have you lost your spark?
Your curiosity?
That natural sense of aliveness?
F*ck IT Theory began as my own search for “IT”,
not a role or a purpose, but the truest part of me.
What I learned: finding your “IT” usually starts with letting go
of expectations, pressure, and a few stories you’ve been carrying.
That insight became the F*ck It Cards,
simple, honest reminders to listen inward and drop what no longer fits.
From there, F*ck IT Theory was born:
a grounded way to release what isn’t yours
so you can reconnect with what always has been.
So I’ll ask you,
are you finding your “IT”…
or is it time to say F*ck It and come back to yourself?

The Heart of F*ck IT Theory
So many people spend years being capable, responsible, and strong.
Doing what’s expected.
Holding everything together.
Checking the right boxes.
And somewhere along the way,
they lose touch with what makes them feel most like themselves.
F*ck IT Theory exists because finding your “IT” often requires letting go first, of pressure, guilt, expectations, and roles you’ve outgrown.
It’s permission to stop carrying what was never yours
so you can reconnect with what truly is.
This is for you if you're ready
F*ck IT Theory gives you permission to:
-
Let go of guilt, perfection, and people-pleasing
-
Stop shrinking or performing
-
Quiet the noise and trust yourself again
-
Choose what feels right—even before you can explain why
That’s how you begin to Find Your IT.
Not by forcing it—by listening.
Spiritual wisdom without the heaviness.
Personal growth without the pressure.
Truth, with humor and heart.

The Heart of the Theory
F*ck It to Find IT
When you stop forcing, fixing, and proving, you create space to hear yourself again.
That’s where you Find Your IT— the part of you that feels true, alive, and unmistakably yours.
This work isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you already are.
How it Comes To Life
F*ck IT Theory comes to life in a few simple ways:
The F*ck It Cards — bold, funny, soul-nudging reminders that help quiet the noise so you can hear what feels true
Thoughts From My She Shed — honest reflection, real stories, and unpolished truth about letting go and finding your way back to yourself
The F*ck It to Find IT™ Program — a gentle, guided experience for those who want to go deeper, release what no longer fits, and reconnect with what lights them up

The F*ck It Cards are small, simple, and surprisingly powerful.
Pull one when you feel stuck. When your mind is loud. When you need a reminder to trust yourself again.
They aren’t here to fix your life. They help quiet the noise so you can listen inward and reconnect with what feels true.
That’s how Finding Your "IT" often begins.
Created by Brenda
After decades of being capable, responsible, and strong for everyone else, Brenda reached a moment of clarity—and paused. That pause became the spark.
What began as conversations about Find Your IT (at any age) evolved into a deeper realization: before you find what lights you up, you often have to let go of what no longer fits.
At 65, she decided she wasn’t done. Not even close.
Instead of smoothing the edges or shrinking herself, she chose truth.
F*ck IT Theory was born from that choice.
Built on decades of listening to women
Rooted in real conversations and wine
Grounded in what actually works
